  This is the best thing I've ever done for my mental health. This program is so straightforward and deceptively simple but it cuts right to the core and has led to profound insights into why I am the way that I am in the most gentle and healing way. Yvette is so calm and compassionate that it makes it easy to open up and do this work, I've been able to tell her things I've never told anyone. She is wonderfuI at using questions to get to the root of the issues and her ability to really listen makes it easier to talk about deep and the most difficult subjects. She brings to light things I've never even recognized in myself.   I am on the verge of happy tears. I am finally myself again! This work has been life changing… I have a foundation to build a much more balanced and healthier version of myself. I am so grateful to have worked with Sarah. There are no words for how easy it was to jump into this, build new beliefs, clean old wounds so that healing can happen fully and burn old beliefs that no longer serve me.   When my mom died I was in a pretty dark place emotionally. She was one of the people closest to me and an ongoing source of encouragement. Cyndi helped me to cope with the grief of losing my mom and so many other difficult situations that had affected me throughout my life. Her kindness and empathy shine through in your sessions. It shows that she wants to help you get better from her warm demeanor and personable approach. It's clear she believes in the power of this modality from her own experience as she helps you to navigate your own pathway through the past trauma that you've experienced.   Going through this program with Yvette could not have been more life changing for me. I didn’t comprehend the amount of pain and grief that I carried with me in my daily life. The steps Yvette walked me through as my empathetic lister, gave me the tools and strength I needed to move forward.   Thank you for connecting me with Yvette. She has been an incredible, warm, empathetic guide to help me through the grief coaching process. I’ve done many types of therapy, but grief work is unique as it focuses on specific losses in your life, and helps you walk through them and come to terms with them. It’s very structured and practical as well. While you’re able to express emotions and process them, it’s not talk therapy where you’re expected to babble on about how you feel with little relief. Doing this work helped me rebound from my lowest point, process losses I had been avoiding dealing with, and finally feel like myself again! Thank You Cynthia and Yvette

  2 years ago my beloved young niece died tragically.  Cyndi's grief counseling sessions were so helpful, a lifeline really, in coping with it.  She is a very compassionate and knowledgeable counselor and her program definitely equipped me with some great tools to deal with this most difficult loss in a helpful and constructive way.
