Moments That Makes You is dedicated to meeting people where they are in their journey through the grief they have experienced. To benefit most people we have several options of ways for you to be able to do the work with a Grief Counselor. You have the option to work with one of our recent graduates who are in the mentoring program. This allows for a reduced cost of the work, while you are still receiving the best care in recovering from your grief.

Cynthia Scanlon

Cynthia Scanlon has been a practicing Grief Counselor for more than thirty years and has helped people all over the world process their relationship with grief. As she learned and discovered she realized that the way to impact the world is to mentor the next generation of Grief Counselors. Moments That Make You is the realization of that vision.

Dwain Scanlon

Dwain Scanlon, VP of Operations. Dwain has been a Contractor running his own company for many years. He now supports MTMY by helping with everything needed in the office, works with the financials and works with Cynthia in day to day needs of the office. He’s an asset to our team!

Victor Theuri

Victor joins our team from Nairobi, Kenya. His formal education is in Banking and Accounting. He is the Executive Assistant for MTMY. He brings a gift of kindness, warmth, and understanding to MTMY. He is training to be a Grief Counselor and we are thrilled he joined our team.

Jamina Welser

Jamina has been involved with grief work from a young age. After 25 years in the Corporate world, she turned her attention to helping others spiritually and emotionally on a full-time basis. Being a Certified Grief Counselor and Executive Assistant to MTMY provides the perfect vehicle to help those in need heal. We are grateful she has chosen this new path with us.
